I recently stayed at a fantastic 4-star hotel nestled in the stunning nature of the High Tatras. This place offers top-notch services and enhanced comfort. The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting me with a refreshing glass of champagne upon arrival. The on-site dining options were exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious choices for breakfast and dinner. The hotel's wellness center was a real highlight, featuring numerous saunas, a swimming pool, and relaxation rooms. I thoroughly enjoyed indulging in a relaxing massage after a day of adventures.

A truly enjoyable and luxurious stay for families.

Stayed here for a week with my family and I must say I was impressed. the location is perfect, close to transport links and a short drive to the town. Our apartment was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. the buffet had a great selection and the panna cotta desserts were delicious. the staff were friendly and helpful and the wellness area was a definite highlight, with several saunas and jacuzzi pools.

We did have some issues with parking as there were limited spaces and on busy days it filled up quickly. We also had to pay extra for activities such as basketball and bowling, which was a bit disappointing.

Nothing could have been better.

As someone who enjoys skiing and hiking, I found this hotel's SPA to be excellent. The sauna and jacuzzi were very relaxing and didn't feel crowded. Additionally, the hotel staff was very hospitable and friendly. Even though the hotel is older, it has been very well refurbished. Moreover, the hotel has many facilities, including a bowling alley, which is a lot of fun. Lastly, this hotel has a great location very close to everything.

The location of the hotel was quite nice, offering easy access to nearby restaurants and tourist attractions. , the free Wi-Fi in the room was a nice touch. Finally, the spa area provided a decent amount of amenities to relax and unwind after exploring the city.

The hotel staff were quite rude and unhelpful during our stay. We also found the breakfast selection to be quite poor and not up to our expectations.

It's quite close to many tourist attractions and has a good view of the surrounding nature. the rooms are clean and well-equipped with comfortable beds. the breakfast buffet is quite good and offers a decent variety of food. the staff is helpful and friendly.

The gym seems to be old and limited in equipment.
